المهام والوصف الوظيفي: | |||
SCOPE - Liaison with Management, Staff, Clients, Suppliers, Partners and Authorities to ensure Sales tasks such as inquiry review/ material sourcing/ offer preparation/ order processing/ order expediting and delivery/ document filling/ after sales are performed in a professional and commercially sound manner. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES - Relationships with Clients - Receive inquiries and study commercial & technical requirements for project/ MRO, - Review of tender documents, - Clarify with Clients on commercial & technical queries during bidding stage, - Prepare quotations and commercial offers in line with - Offers/ Quotations submission within the time frame and in line with Company strategy, - Follow up of the offers and technical and commercial negotiation to ensure order is secured and margin is maximized, - Upon receipt of orders, review terms and conditions to ensure they are in line with the offer, - Prepare acknowledgment of order and negotiate clauses which are not in line with the offer, - Order processing through company’s ERP system. Relationships with Suppliers - Follow-up on quotations from suppliers, - Review of Supplier’s offer to ensure they are in line with the Client’s requirements, - Follow-up of the sales and after sale - Organize/ Monitor deliveries of orders with the different parties involved (Suppliers/ Freight Forwarders/Authorities/ Clients) until issuance of invoices, - Preparation of shipping documents (Packing list/ shipping invoice…), - Preparation/ submission of progress reports, - Preparation/ submission of vendor documentations - Payment follow-up, After sales follow-up of project performance KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL REQUIREMENTS - Knowledge of Sale / Commerce / Trading principles, - Knowledge of Industrial Valves, Steam traps, Actuators is a plus - Tasks require attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and drive to succeed, - Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills in English, - Work requires willingness to work from time to time a flexible schedule if required by workload, - Knowledge of Microsoft Office and telephone protocol.
