| - Leading a team assigned with a responsibility to do necessary records, follow up and arrangement for the delivery of Purchase Orders issued to local and overseas suppliers promptly on time. - Delegate jobs to the subordinates - Periodic review of reports which are the tools developed to monitor the progress on the expedition targets Support the team to resolve the credit term and delivery problems with suppliers. - Communication with the suppliers periodically to improve their performances on quality and prompt delivery. - Periodic communication with the end user departments with updating the status of important and critical POs. - Periodic review of vendors performance in terms of prompt delivery, adherence to committed terms & quality of supplied goods & services. - Reporting to Procurement Superintendent |
